  • Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Only size exchanges or product defect exchanges are allowed.

  • Sale, discounted, or custom-stitched items are not eligible for exchange.

🚫 No Return / Refund Policy

  • Please note, we do not offer cash refunds once an order has been placed.

  • Exchanges are only offered for eligible reasons listed above.

  2. Share your order number, product details, and reason for exchange.

  3. Once approved, you may courier the item back to us.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges (except in case of a defective item).

  • If your desired size/design is unavailable, we will issue you a store credit voucher equal to your order value (valid for 3 months).

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Customers may request order cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will approve the cancellation and issue a full refund.

🚫 Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

  • However, you may still refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for further options after receiving your order.
