  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • We accept online payments (Visa, Mastercard) and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Zeina Boutique reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

 

 

4. Orders & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS.

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our customer care team.

  • Zeina Boutique reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized transactions are suspected.

 

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days (may vary during sales or peak seasons).

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be mentioned at checkout.

  • Zeina Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

 

 

6. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Custom-made or altered items are not eligible for return/exchange.

  • Refunds are issued only in case of defective or wrong product delivery.
